Step one: Cook up the Pancetta until it gets crispy

Step two: Cook the broccoli and mushrooms in the leftover oil from the Pancetta

Spray Muffin Tin

Step three: Spray the muffin tin with olive oil spray

Step four: Crack 7 eggs, goat cheese, sour cream and fresh dill into the blender on medium and mix well. Pour into muffin tin over the Pancetta mixture.

Step five: Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.   Serve warm!
